The interview was good. I faced an experienced panel. They asked me in-depth about the projects I've worked on, including new release updates, integrations, deployment, MySQL, process models, stored procedures, and authentications. They also asked about Appian RPA, some coding logic, and my debugging experience.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process had 5 rounds and then some more salary negotiation rounds. The office infrastructure was horrible, it was gloomy and smelled foul. There was inadequate space and the discussion rooms looked clumsy. They had a single room for a loo for the entire office and no canteen. The HR was very unprofessional from the start. It was a really bad experience with salary negotiations. The HR's attitude was highly unprofessional, and then they suddenly went non-responsive after sharing the offer letter. Based on the other reviews, it seems like they are mostly written by the HR himself, as there are only 7-8 reviews and they are all posted within a consistent gap of about a month. I would not recommend this company to anyone because there's no assurance they'll honour the offer letter at the joining date. It has the attitude of a fly-by-night company, so proceed at your own risk.

The interview process was competitive and challenging, but it went smoothly. The timelines for the interview process were about 5 to 8 working days. The process and feedback system are good and transparent. You can expect 3 technical rounds and 1 HR round from ODC, plus a client round.
