I had a phone interview first. Then they called me back for an in-person interview. I signed in, got a guest pass, and met the interview team. We started with introductions and some basic questions. After that, we took a tour, and then it was over. I got a text saying I didn't get the job.

Met with HR, then met with a few executives, then met with the CEO. Had 3 interviews total. They do a personality test on executive office staff to see if you'll fit with the team. They made an offer, I took a drug test and started working in a couple weeks.

I applied and was interviewed almost immediately at my university career fair. I handed them my resume, they talked with me briefly, and then asked me to step behind the booth to finish a formal interview. The recruiters were very friendly and asked typical interview questions. The whole process was quick and painless and fun.
