There were a few rounds of interviews, and it wasn't too intense. I ended up not accepting the offer because I decided to stay put in my current job, but the people I interacted with were really nice.

The interview process was quick and I felt heard. They were really keen to know what I could bring to the table. It included one initial screening, followed by two interviews with current team members, and a short writing task.

A recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn and set up an interview. I talked to someone in HR who then sent my resume to the hiring manager. I met with the hiring manager. The next week I met with their boss. I sent a follow up email and was told they were going to take another week to think about applications. I didn't follow up and never heard back.

After applying, I was contacted about two weeks later. The interview process involved three meetings: first with the HR director, then a VP, and finally the managing director. All interviews were pretty standard, covering typical questions. I received prompt feedback within a few days after each meeting. The final steps included a writing assessment and a reference verification. Following this, I got an offer via phone and email.
