First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Joyride Coffee.
Plant Manager
I had a phone interview with an HR representative from NY. She was very polite and helpful. Her positive attitude made me feel even more confident about applying for this role.
- Could you solve this math problem about how beverage kegs are filled?
Sales Manager
I had a very friendly and down-to-earth experience. The initial conversation with HR was so relaxed, it felt more like a chat than an interview, like we both just needed to find a good fit. The in-person part was just as great, and I left really wanting the job!
- What aspects are most important to you in a role?
Sales
First, there was a pre-screen phone interview. Then, I had an in-person interview at HQ with my direct supervisor and the VP of Sales at the time. They asked pretty standard questions.
- Why this role?
- Tell me about your past jobs.
- Tell me about past failures.
Account Manager
I sent in my application online, and then I got contacted to do a phone screen with the HR coordinator. After that, I was invited to come in for an in-person interview with the manager at their warehouse.
