The interview process was pretty clear and professional, way easier than I thought. It was super smooth, and every question was a clear chance to talk about stuff.

I applied online and had a phone interview with HR. They mentioned I was overqualified and never called back. It's funny because you're interviewing for a very specific job, and the HR person seemed to have no idea about it. I think I might have overwhelmed her with my vocabulary.

I was reached by a recruiter on Monday for a phone screen after talking to them at a school event the previous Friday. Within a few days after the phone screen, I was called to schedule a face-to-face interview that would last two hours. In this interview, I met with the HR Assistant again, answered some questions, and took a test. The HR Assistant mentioned that I still needed to meet with the hiring manager, but she had already left for the day. He also said there would be one more face-to-face interview with multiple management members. After both face-to-face interviews, they would then decide on whether to make a job offer. I wasn't selected for the position, and I wished to get feedback on skills I could attain or improve. Unfortunately, they didn't respond after I was notified of not being selected, which was disappointing after a lengthy interview process, as I hoped for some feedback along with the decision.

The HR person that contacted me called late, asked about 20 minutes worth of questions and seemed uninterested. I was requested to send over more portfolio-related content and never heard back.
