QA Manager
I applied online and heard back within a few days. The interview process was really smooth. The interviewers were nice and asked questions that fit the job. First, I had a phone call with the VP of Engineering. Then, a senior team member did a technical interview with me. Finally, I went onsite for more technical discussions with the team.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Software Engineer
After a couple of initial phone calls that seemed to be mainly about fit and compensation, I had an in-person interview. This involved a circuit of five interviewers over about four hours, with questions covering topics like hypothetical distributed systems and C language problems done on paper.
- How could we ensure high availability for a stateful HTTP API?
Security Operations Center Engineer
Had a phone interview to discuss the role and requirements, and I gave a brief intro. Then, I had a technical phone interview with typical questions. The third interview was with a higher-up. It was supposed to be a phone call, but they sent a video conference link last minute. They asked me questions and talked about their work. They said the next step was to talk to their boss, and if I seemed passionate, I'd get hired quickly. It felt like a sure thing. But after that, I heard nothing. I emailed everyone I interviewed with, but no replies. It felt rude, and I wouldn't want to work there. The interview itself was good, but I'm rating it poorly because they ghosted me.
- Can you explain how SSL functions?
- Could you describe the process of web certificates for HTTPS?
Financial Analyst
It was a great and thorough interview process. The hiring manager asked very good, solid financial questions and demonstrated a clear understanding of the business needs and requirements. I highly recommend this company; they have a thoughtful culture with bright, talented people who really understand the dynamics of the cloud-based business and the company's place in the market.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and how you would contribute to our team?
