It was a pretty standard process with a few unexpected parts. They are very selective about who they hire for this role, but don't let that discourage you. Stay confident and show them your value.

applied and got a response about setting up the first round. Emailed back, and 3 days later we had a date. The day before, I got an email to reschedule, which I understood, and we moved it to 2 days later. The initial interview was a typical screen asking about salary expectations, reasons for seeking a new job, etc. I was asked about availability for a second round with a team member that Friday. The second round conversation was very professional and friendly, unlike some interviews that feel inorganic with interviewers reading from a list. The interviewer started by discussing the company, its relationship with its parent company, and the team. Then, they asked behavioral questions about past work situations. I didn't feel I answered two questions perfectly, but the interviewer's engagement made me excited about potentially talking to more people. I was told I'd hear back the following week about next steps. I sent a thank you email to the interviewer and a follow-up to the recruiter about next steps, but never heard back.

HR Generalist/recruiter reached out to me. I had a video interview with the Head of HR, which went great. She said she'd be in touch within the week about next steps, but I never heard back. I followed up a few times with no response. Later, I saw on LinkedIn that she resigned and took a VP of HR role elsewhere. Then, I got a rejection email from the new HR Generalist, who the Head of HR had mentioned during the interview was very new and would need training. The whole process felt disorganized and inconsiderate of candidates.

It was pretty straightforward. Be ready to talk about your customer service background. The interview and training team were really nice. It's a two-part process, possibly more depending on your background. It kicked off with a phone call to go over the job details, then a zoom interview to dive deeper into my experience.
