The interview process involved two distinct stages over a span of two to three weeks. Initially, there was a virtual meeting with a senior recruiter, which lasted about 30 minutes. Following that, there was an in-person interview conducted at the specific branch where the candidate would be working, and this one was an hour long. The people conducting the interviews were very knowledgeable.

I had a fifteen minute phone call, then a hour long zoom interview. After that, I was given a marketing exercise to complete and turn into the marketing team. The people I spoke with were very kind and seemed excited to talk about the job and share their experiences. They mentioned that career advancement within the company is possible and that this role is a great starting point. It's a hybrid position with a requirement to be in the office two days a week. I wish they were more accessible during the interview process, as I haven't heard back since interviewing and submitting my work over a week ago.
