First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jordan Valley Medical Center.
ER Technician
The interview process was pretty standard. I interviewed with the Director of the emergency department. We talked about my experience and general questions like strengths and weaknesses, specifically in the context of a 20-bed emergency department.
- What is your greatest strength?
- What are your weaknesses?
- Can you describe your experience working in a 20-bed emergency department?
Dental Assistant
I applied online and they called me pretty quickly to set up an interview for later that week. The interview itself was really nice and the person interviewing me was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to, making the whole experience pleasant.
- What motivates your interest in this role?
PBX Operator
Applied 3 days ago and got a call for an interview. First, I met with someone from security who reviewed my application and asked about my previous jobs. Then, the PBX Operator Manager interviewed me, explained the job, and asked about my availability. It was really informal. They never got back to me about their decision and didn't respond to my emails, calls, or letters, which was pretty bad.
- What is your availability?
- What makes you want to work for this company?
Registered Nurse
I was guided to the manager's office, which was a mess. The manager seemed flustered and unprepared, which was unusual for me.
- What made you apply for this position?
- Could you tell me about three of your strengths?
- And what about three of your weaknesses?
