A recruiter reached out to me after I applied on LinkedIn. I had a standard phone chat with the recruiter. Then I had a 45-min video chat with the hiring manager where I got asked a lot of situational questions. I didn't get moved to the next steps.

The interview was online and felt like they really looked at my skills. The interviewers seemed genuinely interested in hiring me, and weren't just trying to trip me up or ask for things I couldn't possibly know. It was cool that they saw my potential and thought I could do the job.

Third, a one-hour squad technical interview with design and collaboration open questions. Fourth, a one-hour management interview focusing on business and culture with open discussion.
