The interview process started with a recruiter screening call, followed by a meeting with my potential manager. The questions were standard interview fare, and the process moved pretty quickly. I didn't have to do any skills assessments or submit writing samples.

The interview for JLLT was a typical video call with the hiring manager, who was a Director. It began with introductions, then moved to general and behavioral questions, and concluded with questions from me. The main issue was the hiring manager, who kept his video off throughout the call after the initial introductions, which felt awkward and rude given it was presented as a video interview.

There were three interviews in total. The first interview was with a peer, the second with a senior peer, and the third with the hiring manager. HR stayed involved throughout the process. It was a very conversational interview. After being hired, the job wasn't what was described and the role kept changing.
