After a lot of behavioral questions, which I think I did okay on, I had to wait a whole month for a second chat with the hiring manager. It wasn't a great experience, so I decided to stop the process.

The interview process has way too many stages and they're all over the place. It starts with multiple HR people who don't really understand the role, the company's needs, or the job requirements. Then, you get close to the end and just... never hear back. Not even an automated email for all the effort put into the process and preparing. Even an automated email would be a bad experience. I wouldn't recommend putting yourself through this for a company that, as a whole and as a brand, just lacks basic people skills. Just imagine working for them or using their services.

The interview process was really fast and the interviewers were super trained and knew what they were doing. I had two interviews and then got the offer. The first was a group interview with two other people, and it was mostly about my background, like school stuff and other activities. The second interview was the final one, a one-on-one with the head director, and they asked about my career goals.
