The interview process was pretty well organized, and they asked a mix of technical and typical personality questions. I interviewed with their energy team and they asked questions on financial modeling, my experience, and specific technical questions on the energy industry.

The overall experience was very good. It started with a short screening call where we talked about my motivation for the role. Then there was a teams interview with some basic technical and scenario-based questions. This was followed by an assessment centre with 15-15 candidates. We did a group exercise first, and then I had a 2 on 1 interview with directors.
