I've interviewed twice with this company. The first time I sent in a resume, received a call about setting up an interview, met about a week later. The interview was over an hour long and ended with being asked to fill out an application. I followed up several times without response. The second time I was approached via Linkedin and asked to send over an updated resume and a phone interview with a regional manager. This seemed promising until it came time for the phone call which turned out to be a video call without being disclosed. No follow ups after the video call and no responses to follow up emails. JA seems to be a very strange unprofessional workplace with poor communication.

The interview process was pretty simple. I got a call back 2 weeks after applying. I had an in-person interview with the store manager and then a phone interview with the district manager. I got a call back a couple days later with an offer.

Got a call to schedule the interview. The person on the phone seemed pleasant but a bit disorganized. When I arrived for the interview, I noticed the manager seemed a bit unstable, although she was quite nice during the conversation.

The interview was remote and lasted about 30 minutes. The manager was really nice and friendly, making it feel more like a conversation. It seems like a good company overall, and they scheduled a second interview.
