Graphic Designer
We started with a tour of the shop and offices, then had lunch. Afterwards, I interviewed with two company partners where we talked about my skills, why I was interested in the role, and my capabilities. They then showed me the company website they were developing and explained how my skills could benefit the company. I was offered the job immediately after the interview.

Translator
I went in expecting to just translate, but the interview felt more personal than just checking boxes. They offered examples of work beyond translation, considering my skills and interests. These were just suggestions, and you could decline them without it being held against you. If hired, you start with a trial period. After some time, there's another interview to gauge your fit with the workplace environment, and then a long-term offer is made.

Software Engineer
I got recommended by a friend who worked there, so we set up an interview. I met with the owners and we talked about my capabilities and past experience. They were really nice and explained the company's mission and goals. Then we discussed how I could fit in and what my role would be.

It was a really chill interview process. The leadership team and HR were super approachable. The whole thing moved quickly. I got a call back about three weeks after my initial interview. It left a great impression.
