The interview process included a 45-minute competency-based interview and a 10-minute roleplay where I had to demonstrate a consultative sales approach to an SME owner, focusing on selling print and digital advertising. The managers were pleasant, and the interview felt fairly informal.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a three-stage interview process. It started with an initial chat, followed by a presentation, and concluded with a final interview about the position. Overall, it was a positive and standard experience for sales roles. The presentation involved one of the products I had previously sold, and they looked for creativity. Two interviewers were present during the presentation.

Behavioral Technical

It was a phone call then two face to face interviews. There was no testing, but they asked questions about scrum processes and the best way to outsource development work. The interviewers had been with the company for many years and knew a lot about the position they were interviewing for. It's not a very technical company and they were more interested in process than ability.
