Data Engineer
I really have to share my awful hiring experience at Johnson Health Tech. From Oct 2024 to Feb 2025, I went through many interview rounds, did technical tests, and studied a lot, and got good feedback all the way. But the process took months, and then they just stopped it in Dec because the CEO put a freeze on hiring. They didn't communicate well or be honest, just said hiring would start again by Jan 31. I waited patiently and followed up, and then in Feb I got a basic rejection email with no real reason. This is not okay. If they weren't sure about hiring, why did they waste my time and effort? If I wasn't a good fit, why did they move me through so many rounds and tests? Johnson Health Tech didn't respect my time at all and didn't communicate properly during the whole process. Job seekers deserve much better. If a company treats candidates this way, it shows how they treat their employees. I hope they fix their hiring methods because this treatment is totally unfair and unprofessional.
- Could you discuss your experience, projects, and skills that align with the requirements of this role?
Sales Representative
I had a really good experience with this company, they were super organized and the people were great. I'd love to work there. Sadly, I didn't get the job this time, but that's how it goes. I'm not giving up though and will definitely apply again.
- Can you walk me through your past work experiences?
- What are some things you prefer?
- What do you like to do in your free time?
Supply Chain Analyst
The phone and in-person interviews were pretty standard. The phone interview had normal HR questions, and then the in-person interview focused more on my experience and how it would apply to the job. I was told I'd hear back within a week. Nothing happened. I assumed the hiring manager going on vacation might have delayed the decision. After two weeks of no response, I didn't feel like following up because I wouldn't want to work for a company that doesn't send a decline email after a few weeks.
- What qualities do you seek in a manager?
Product Owner
I sent in my cover letter and resume. After some back and forth emails, I had an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. Then, I had another interview with the team I'd be working with. Finally, HR called me. The whole process was quite quick and efficient.
- Can you describe how you elicit requirements from business SMEs?
