Quality Engineer
So I interviewed for this co-op position at Johnson Electric, and it was pretty smooth and organized. First, there was an HR screening where they asked about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the job. Then, I had a technical interview with an engineer or the hiring manager.
- Can you share an instance where you engaged in teamwork?
Manufacturing Manager
The interview process involved a few rounds of interviews and interactions with the hiring manager were positive, including knowledge sharing. However, the company did not provide clear information about the duration or destination of relocation. There was also no compensation or salary review offered for relocation. When relocation specifics were inquired about, the process was handed over to different HR personnel. The company seemed to exploit the situation knowing that the candidate had already resigned.
- Regarding relocation, we can offer it but the duration is uncertain.
