I got an email on Friday afternoon to set up the initial 30 minute phone interview for the next Monday morning. About 30 minutes before the call, I got an email with a Teams link saying the call was now actually a full interview with three team members. They gave some excuse during the interview about a new system they're using, which they knew wasn't working right when they sent the email to schedule the interview, but they didn't tell me in the email. This was the first impression their team made on me and I would not have accepted the position if they had offered. I felt rushed through the whole interview and they seemed very unenthused that they had to do this interview. They were very cold and not one person smiled through the whole interview.

It was a long process, several months from applying until I got the offer. First, I had a phone call with the manager. After that, I had an in-person interview with the whole team. They asked a lot of technical questions about the PMBOK.

So I applied online, found the job on dice.com. ROUND 1, there was an initial phone interview with the LAN Manager where they asked basic questions like tell me about yourself, a quick overview of my experience, my hobbies, if I'd worked in a group setting before, and the largest customer base I'd supported. ROUND 2, I went in for a face-to-face interview. There were about six people there, including the manager, and they all asked me technical questions about FSMO, AD/DC troubleshooting commands, Exchange 2010, AV and GPO, Server 2008, VMWare, SAN, and DNS/DHCP. They also asked 'Why is a man's hole round?'. ROUND 3 was a meet and greet with other department folks, and lunch.
