Manager
it was great, really efficient. i enjoyed the process, they asked good questions and gave good examples of how the job description would be. the interview process was smooth. i did not get an offer.
- Can you tell me about your best trait?
Assistant Manager
The first round will be with the Reporting Manager for a knowledge and aptitude test. The second round will be with the Sr. General Manager, covering knowledge and other factors. A third round, if necessary, will be with the Tower Lead.
- What actions would you take if a customer is delinquent?
Design Manager
The interview process involved a recruiter call, a hiring manager interview, and a panel interview with three peers, including a 2-on-1 and a 1-on-1 session. There was no portfolio or case study review. The total interview time was about 4 hours. The hiring manager and peers were described as open, smart, humble, and engaged. However, the process was very lengthy with poor communication on timelines and expectations. I applied on February 1st and by April 17th, I had declined the offer due to the excessive time it took. There were multiple instances where the recruiter missed promised follow-up deadlines. Miscommunication between EU and US teams about role expectations also occurred, with initial information about a US remote role being contradicted later. The handling of relocation assistance was unclear, with a sign-on bonus offered instead of global mobility support, and the recruiter became unresponsive after I requested this. Ultimately, it felt like the company did not value me as a candidate or present a serious offer, leading me to believe I was ghosted to avoid reneging on the offer. The salary for the EU role was competitive.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to manage an employee who was not performing well?
