I applied and about a week later, the recruiter hit me up for an interview. When I logged on, the interviewer told me that our chat, which was supposed to be an hour, had to be cut short to about 30 minutes. They asked me if I had any questions first, and I did, so I asked them and they answered. Then they asked me to tell them about myself. After I was done, they said that was all the questions they had. I haven't heard anything back since then, and my questions to the recruiter weren't answered.

After my resume was shortlisted, an interview was quickly scheduled. There was a managerial round where my roles and responsibilities in past projects, along with expectations from the project and my end, were discussed. This was followed by a technical round in person. During this round, questions were asked about each project mentioned in my resume, along with some interesting design and architecture questions related to their project context, and a couple of code snippets were discussed. Lastly, an HR round took place where the company and my expectations were discussed, and finally, the offer details were explained. The interviewers were pleasant throughout the process, and the discussions were to the point. The HR team followed up regularly until the process was completed.

First, I had a recruiter call. About a week later, I spoke with the hiring manager. About three weeks after that, I was told I was moving on. This involved four interviews two weeks later, each lasting an hour. I talked to team members, a senior director, and the hiring manager again. The frustrating part was having to follow up multiple times to find out if I got an offer, which took almost a month after my last interview.
