Applied via Naukri.com and got shortlisted based on my resume. There was only one round where both the HR and Head of Department were present. The interview process was smooth and the results were out in a few weeks. Overall, it was a good interview.

I applied online, and they got back to me via email for a case study exercise, which they said was the first screening. I did it and sent it back. A few days later, they confirmed I passed. Then I had an online competency test, about 40-50 mins. After that, they invited me for a personal interview. I went to their offices 3 times for 3 personal interviews with management and the team. Then, I never heard back, despite reaching out multiple times. They were indifferent and impolite.

The process was well-structured and clear! The stages were well-defined. The first stage was with HR, the second with the direct manager, and the conclusion was again with HR. It seems like an excellent company with solid and well-defined processes. The employees who participated in the interviews showed themselves to be very well-prepared.
