So I had this interview for a Senior Project Manager role. It started with a phone screening, then I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had another in-person interview with the director, and then a final in-person interview with the Sr. Director. They covered a lot of ground, asking about my background, previous roles, experience, responsibilities, project and program management, direct reports, strategy, consulting, work-life balance, technical skills, interpersonal relationships, future goals, education, preferences, work environment, diversity and inclusion, and core values.

After applying, I got an email to set up a phone interview in under two weeks. I interviewed with the Director. I asked if I'd hear back either way about an in-person interview, and they said 'yes, absolutely' within two weeks. I never heard back.
