The interview process was terrible. I was asked to set my desired salary on the application, and it was within the posted range, but then I was offered a salary 20% lower than what I listed, and they wouldn't negotiate any terms. The HR rep was also very rude and unfriendly throughout. This company does not pay well and doesn't have benefits to compensate.

They asked if I had experience with SAP, PowerPoint, outlook, excel, and DocuSign. The process was really nice and they were upfront about everything and kept me updated on my progress. After meeting with the manager, HR took over to talk about salary and other things.

I applied online and a few days later I got a call for a phone screening. Then I was asked to come in for an onsite interview. The first interview didn't start well because they were 15 minutes late to get me from the lobby and there was no communication. The interview itself went well though, they said so. But they mentioned the senior manager wasn't available, so that was it. This was after they had already rescheduled the interview once, and I had to take time off work. A week later, they scheduled a second interview to meet the other analysts and the senior manager. That also seemed to go well, and they gave me the impression I was hired. I accepted the salary right away because it was more than I asked for. They told me to wait for the next steps because everything was going well. After more silence and a final check-in from me, I received a rejection email. It made sense because they removed the job posting right after my first interview. A current employee told me they had already hired someone for the job and were just doing this to avoid legal issues. It was really misleading and a waste of my time and vacation days.
