I had a 15min phone call initially. Then, I went in for a second interview at their office where I met with 2 managers. We talked about the job duties, what skills are needed, and about me. It was a good chat. They asked me how I see myself working in such a quick setting and what makes me the best candidate. After about 30min, they asked me to wait to see if the director could meet me, but he ended up being on a phone conference. So, that was the end of the interview. They mentioned they have lots of applications to go through this week and they'll let me know by the end of next week if I'm selected.

Behavioral Other

I had an interview with them, an unusual interview (huh). Given my background and know-how, I believe I was the ideal candidate and they even let me know during the two interview sessions. But to my great surprise, the company has a requirement which is not to have an accent. Anyway, I won't get into a linguistic debate about accents, but what you should know is that even if you have a good profile and you have an African accent, your application will not be considered. SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and had a phone interview, then an in-person interview the next week. Two nice, curious people interviewed me. Most questions were about hypothetical problems and what I'd do when I had too much to do. It seemed like there wasn't a single right answer, but rather the point was to show that in this role, you'd often have more tasks than time and wouldn't be able to delegate or put off lower-priority work. I tried to follow up a week later as they suggested, but heard nothing back, which was weird since they were so responsive at first. Usually, companies at least let you know they're going with someone else.
