I was interviewed by two people who totally wasted my time. I flew up from London for the interview only to be asked, basically, how I am suited for the role because they weren't sure from my CV. Why on earth would a company invite someone for an interview if they didn't think they were suited for the role? I was also partly insulted in the interview.

I filled out an online application for the Fueler job and got contacted within 24 hours to set up a phone interview using their online scheduling system. The HR person responsible for scheduling was difficult to deal with, as she didn't stick to the scheduled times and claimed ignorance about time zone differences. It took several days and multiple calls on my part before she finally set up a time. The actual phone interview was very brief, about 5 minutes, and mainly confirmed if I could work 24/7. After that, they scheduled an in-person meeting at their local office. This meeting felt less like an interview and more like a discussion about the job to see if I was still interested. I learned their office operates 24/7 and requires mandatory overtime. Part-time roles have a minimum of 30 hours weekly.

I went to the interview at the Express Center Drive location at Chicago International O'Hare. The place was really messy inside, with people sleeping on the floor. Then I met the hiring manager. They were very serious and direct, explaining what the job entails and the work schedule. Pay wasn't mentioned at all.

You have to apply through the website, and then, based on your qualifications, you'll be invited for a personal interview. There will be written and personal rounds. The whole process is pretty straightforward.
