First, we had a group interview where we all talked about some questions together. Then, I had my own one-on-one interview with the people who were assessing us.
- Can you tell me about your availability?
Sales Associate
I was given 15 minutes to read a document and then answer some questions based on it. After that, I spent another 15 minutes answering questions from the interviewer, mostly about how I'd handle different situations and role-playing scenarios.
- How do you encourage repeat customer visits without directly prompting a purchase?
Sales Associate
It was a good interview experience. The interviewers were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. The environment was relaxing and nice. The interview was straightforward with no tricky questions. They focused mainly on my past experience.
