It was a group discussion process. We were given a situation, and the interviewer asked us to find the best solution individually. At the end of that task, we had to read out our answer and share the logic behind that. Later on we had to find out the best as a group among our own answers.

Group Case

We had a group interview, and we were asked four scenario-based questions. We got 5 minutes to jot down our own thoughts, and then we had a 15-minute group discussion.

So we were given 4 scenarios at a table with 3 other people. We had 5 minutes to write down our thoughts individually, then 15 minutes to discuss as a group. Two John Lewis employees were observing to see how the conversation flowed. It was pretty relaxed and chill, the whole thing lasted about 30 minutes. My advice would be to try and contribute when you can, and don't overthink it. I think I was trying to come up with complicated answers when simple ones would have been fine too. Also, 5 minutes isn't a lot of time to write, so be quick!
