It was a group interview where we were given a task to talk about. It was a Christmas event kind of thing so we talked about how to boost sales. My advice will be to always be engaged. I went there with only five good points I could mention, but my team always had something to say, even if they weren't as strong, which put me at a huge disadvantage. After that, we had one-on-one interviews, and I received an email on whether we were successful or not a few hours after the interview. Overall the interview will be fine if you did enough research and if you know a thing or two about working in sales.

The online assessment was okay, but the actual assessment part was tough. It had way too many questions, and I felt uneasy with one of the interviewers. It seemed like they were interviewing me for a senior management role instead of a junior one.

Group Presentation

This was for a temporary Christmas role in Stratford. We had a group assessment where we had to brainstorm activities and events for Christmas in the store, decide on food and drinks to offer, and select products to display at the front, explaining our choices. It also touched upon trends. The scenarios weren't typical customer ones. After that, we had to write down our availability. The whole thing took about an hour and a half.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • What sorts of activities would you plan for the store during Christmas?
  • What food and drinks would be offered?
  • Which products would be showcased at the front of the store, and what's the reasoning behind those choices?
