We had a group interview where they asked us situational questions about hypothetical customers. It was mainly focused on sales/customer service skills and identifying customer needs. The whole thing lasted about 45 minutes, and they were quick with making offers.

I had a group interview with other candidates and the assessors, who were mainly department and shop managers. We went through a bunch of situational awareness and customer service questions, and then they asked us about our responses.
- In a given scenario, what tasks would you prioritize?

It was pretty relaxed. We had a group interview which was more of a get-to-know-each-other session to see how we'd handle different scenarios and proposals in real-life situations. This was for a full-time job at the Southampton West Quay Store.
