the process was very simple. it was a group interview. they split you up into smaller groups and give you a scenario and you have to discuss what it is that you would do in that situation. the later on have a one-on-one interview with you and ask about your prior job experience and what skills you would bring to the role. its a very simple process , as long as you speak up and be confident

It was a group interview where we had to come up with ideas for new marketing schemes and in-shop events, and think about the logistics and customer engagement. After that, there was a one-on-one interview with more standard interview questions.
