It was a 4-stage interview process: first with the recruitment team, then the hiring manager, followed by a task, and finally a senior leader. I really enjoyed the whole process and they gave great feedback at every step, even when I didn't get the job. The task was actually given during the interview itself, which was nice because I didn't have to prepare anything beforehand.

Presentation Behavioral

Started with a good initial review and contact with HR. The recruiter was knowledgeable and detailed about the role. Then, a 2-hour Zoom interview with potential business managers. This included an exercise given at the start: a presentation based on broad questions, and reading a scripted pack of competencies. Disappointingly, after being promised a follow-up within two weeks, I was ghosted. It took over a month and me reaching out to someone else in HR to get a decision because they had forgotten about me.

Group Presentation Behavioral

after passing the online assessment, I was invited for a group interview at the Didsbury call centre in Manchester. Group was split in two and we were given 2 minutes to prepare a talk about ourselves. We then did a group exercise and written individual exercise, followed by a one on one interview. I felt the interview was rushed and only lasted about 20 minutes, 10 minutes of which were my own questions. I got the feeling that as I was one of the only external candidates, they were just going through the motions. I got a rejection email 2 days later.
