We did a group discussion with a couple of questions about how to improve in-store policy, customers' relationship, and a new Christmas theme idea, etc. There was no individual interview in this job interview. At the end of the interview, each of us filled out a time availability form.

Group Case

I went through a group interview, it was pretty quick and mostly about scenario questions. There were about 6 of us in the group. The main advice was to speak up and share your ideas, but not to take over the conversation. It's important to get your points across because if you don't, someone else will, and they can only assess you based on what you say.

It was a really relaxed process. I applied and got the offer in about a week. There were around 10 of us with 3 interviewers watching how we worked together. We were given 4 situations to think about individually for 5 minutes, then we discussed them as a group for 15 minutes. The whole thing took about 45 minutes.
