It's pretty straightforward. Usually, there are 3 interview rounds, each lasting about 20 minutes. The first two are typically online, and the final one is in person. HR conducts the first interview, and if you pass, the department heads for the job you applied for will interview you for the remaining two.

It was a 3 step interview process, kinda semi-structured. First up was a chat with HR, where they asked about my resume and experience and why I'd be a good fit. Then, I had another interview with HR and the manager for the position, which gave me more details about the job and let me show what value I could bring. The final step was an in-person meeting with the head of HR, which was more about checking my willingness and giving me a chance to ask more questions about the role and how things work.

Very Bad. Too much Biased. they literally make the interviewers less of their situation. they make us invaluable. They think that they knows everything but actually they are asking to know whether we know so they can learn.

First, an HR executive will chat with you, then the hiring manager from the relevant department will interview you, followed by an interview with the CEO to finalize your package. These are very friendly discussions. There will be case-based questions, questions about your past work experience and how you handled challenges, an aptitude test, and an attitude test.
