I talked to a recruiter first about my past jobs and they told me about some jobs I could be a good fit for. Then they passed my info to the hiring team. After that I had some more interviews. First, there was a screening with upper management, then a technical chat with the tech team, and last I spoke with the hiring manager.

I was contacted about a technical role for a client of MIT Lincoln Lab. It seemed pretty urgent and I got a good amount of info. But, it ended up being the typical misleading process that candidates often deal with. After just one call with a recruiter, I was ghosted. It's a bummer, but it seems like this is just how many of these recruiting firms operate.

I had a fantastic interview process, came in 3 times and met with all the managers, most questions are about you as an individual to see if you will fit in a sales role.
