Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at John Foy & Associates.
Legal Assistant
It was a very chill interview, we just talked about my background and what I can do. The office was really nice and had a great atmosphere, starting from the person at the front desk to the interview room. They really seem to value employees who are considerate of others!
- What is your motivation for wanting to join John Foy & Associates?
Legal Assistant
The interview process was brief and direct. I interviewed during the holiday season. Although it took a little while to get scheduled after submitting my resume in November, the process itself was short and to the point.
- What are you looking for in a job?
Legal Assistant
It was a pretty standard interview, with the usual questions. Most of it was behavioral, asking about my background and what systems I know. They wanted to know how I manage being organized with a lot of cases and how I work with other teams.
- Tell me about a situation where you had to manage a challenging client.
