The interview process was pretty standard and easy to follow. First, I had a screening call with the hiring manager. They asked me about my background, why I've switched jobs in the past, and what my ambitions are. Then, I had an onsite interview which was split into three different parts. I met with the hiring manager again, then with someone from HR, and finally with some of the team members.

An aptitude test was administered first, followed by technical and HR interviews. The technical questions were mostly based on my educational background. The HR interviewer was very interactive and interested in hearing about my career goals. The entire process was wrapped up in under two weeks, and I received an offer.

The interview process involved two rounds. The first two rounds were with the global trade compliance manager and director. The final round was supposed to be with HR, but it never happened. They kept postponing it, saying HR was busy, and then they stopped responding. I found the HR and the team to be highly unprofessional and they conducted fake interviews. They will never respond and have no ethics.

It was a 3 phase interview. The first was a phone screening. The second interview was the hardest with 2 senior engineers, one of them really trying to grill you. This interview was all about technical and engineering questions, covering previous experience as well as questions in relation to JC products and technologies. The third interview was with the HR manager and Engineering director, but it was much more at a personal level and competency based questions reflecting your CV and further career plans. There were some personal questions asked, to which I was aware I need not answer but I did any way.
