I had an initial screening with HR and then a video call with the marketing team. They asked about my experience and ability to handle multiple projects at once. The team seemed unorganized though and couldn’t really describe the day-to-day functions of this role. I got a rejection email from HR the same week.

I went through three rounds: first, a phone screen with HR, then a video interview with the marketing director, and finally, an in-person interview with the MD and two team members. It seemed to go really well, and the recruiter reached out expressing interest in moving forward. I tried to schedule a fourth interview with the recruiter by emailing twice, but a week later, when I called, she accused me of not sending the emails, even though I had. She then asked me to call back the next day, and after that, I was ghosted. It seems like the recruiter might have been stressed and unsupported, based on other reviews from March 2023. I really wanted this job and liked the marketing director, but this was a terrible experience and reflects poorly on the company.

It was a pretty chill interview, the person interviewing me was nice and they had cookies and music playing to make it feel comfortable. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and then we walked around to see the place. I'd say if you're interviewing here, make sure you're ready and dressed nicely because everyone else does, so you'll want to fit in!
