Field Service Technician
First, you'll have a phone call with a third party. Then, you'll meet the Field Operations Manager (FOM) in person at the warehouse where you'd be working. They're often short-staffed, so you'll probably find out quickly if you got the job.
- Are you good at teamwork?
- Can you describe a tough decision you had to make and explain how you dealt with it?
Field Service Technician
I had a phone interview first and then a face to face. It was pretty simple and laid back. After that there is a month long back-ground check and after it clears you will get 2 weeks of training in California. You will learn about their equipment, how to use them properly and how to clean them. You will also have to do a Smith System training course online on how to drive safe.
- Would you be okay with cleaning medical equipment soiled with bodily fluids?
- Given you'll interact with frustrated medical staff or patients' families, describe a time you dealt with an angry client.
Field Service Technician
HR called me to schedule an interview. I met the hiring manager at a hotel. He asked me about my previous work experience, and I mentioned my prior DME experience. I also told him I'm a hard worker, and I got the job.
- What is your reason for leaving your current employment?
