RED FLAG Very disrespectful. I haven't had such a bad experience with any other firm. The Story On Wednesday, I was contacted to schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Then they "tried" to arrange an interview. Here we go: Whats your availability? I suggested a 4-hour timeframe on Friday and Tuesday. They come back with: How about Thursday 6:30 PM? I had an appointment during that time. However, I rescheduled it for them and confirmed. Then they decided to ask if I would be available Today at 6:30??? (After I told them that I rescheduled). I declined due to work. Following that, they asked for a phone interview and my availability on Friday. I provide them with a 4,5-hour time frame. (apparently not early enough) The hiring manager is supposedly in NY at that time, so they ask me how early I would be available on that day. I offered them even 6;30 AM PST (before my work) or to reschedule for next week. What would they say????........................................................................... They decided just not to answer to that my mail. Not professional! No respect for others people time! Huge RED FLAG right from the start! Just avoid them if you are not desperate due to unemployment.

It was a typical retail interview. My current manager actually referred me for this role and I was recommended. The interview was short, only about 15 minutes, and they basically hired me on the spot. They asked common questions about strengths and weaknesses, and about dealing with a really tough customer. It was very straightforward and not overly complicated.

interviewed with upper management. They brought me to the back and I sat in the sales associate break area. I got to the store location earlier and took a look at the product before hand. Spoke with other sales associates about their day prior to the interview.

It was a really laid-back chat. We discussed all my previous jobs, the reasons for leaving them, and what kind of bonuses my last employer offered. They also asked when I could start.
