So I applied and then like a week later they called me, I missed it so I called back and it was like a quick phone chat and then they set up a one on one. The person who interviewed me was super nice, really chill and funny, she made some jokes and didn't want me to feel stressed. She said I was hired as a joke which was funny cuz I get so anxious. She said she had to check with someone else but would let me know and two days later I got the job offer via email.

It was a group interview back in 2011 in Toronto for a part-time sales associate role. I was feeling pretty calm and friendly, even though I sometimes get panic attacks. I really thought I nailed it and the hiring manager said she'd be in touch, but I never heard back. It was a pretty standard retail interview, very general.

Had a quick chat with the manager, just them asking general stuff about my personal goals and how I'd fit in. They also asked about my skills and my 5-year plan. I also had to know about the company's history.
