Kyle Law from HR first contacted me on LinkedIn about a role. We chatted briefly, but then he ghosted me. Months later, he emailed again about the Sr. GMM position and did a 30-min video interview, then ghosted me again. I followed up for feedback but got no reply, so I was ghosted a second time.

I applied in Feb 2024 and the first interview with Joanna and another person went well. But then there was a written interview which was unexpected. Joanna said she was too lazy for in-person interviews. We had 2-3 hours to finish it. It's been over 4 weeks since I submitted, and I've emailed several times with no reply. It's disappointing when you spend 2-3 hours on an assignment just to be ignored. Joanna's expectations for her team are high, but her lack of response reflects badly on her and the company. I withdrew because I was ignored after my submission, even though there are more steps. I wouldn't work for a company that treats candidates like this. It was a waste of time.

Went through the interview process, starting with the recruiter, then a mid-level manager, and finally the CEO. The whole thing was pretty fast, wrapped up in under two weeks. We then negotiated the offer for another two weeks, which could've been quicker but was still okay. I got an offer accepted before other companies even got me to their second round.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved an initial chat with the recruiter, followed by a screen with the Head of Engineering. After that, there was a take-home assignment and a presentation, and the whole thing wrapped up with a final interview with the CEO. It felt like a fair process and they were pretty quick with it.
