After applying, there was a screen call and then 1-2 interviews, after which I was job offered, possibly on the spot or they may get back to you. I was offered on the spot. If you don't have a passion for this type of work do not bother applying. It was an amazing experience and not only was management but also the other staff a team you never want to leave!

First, there's a pre-screening call with HR. After that, you'll have an interview where questions will cover both theoretical and practical aspects, focusing on the Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and Auditing Standards.

It was a fast and simple process. First, I had an interview with HR and the Executive Manager of Accounts. Then, the second interview was with the president of the Debit Card division. The initial interview focused on my skills and past job experience.
