First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at JMA IT.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
I had two phone interviews, then a couple of online meetings with the team. First, an initial phone interview, then a technical phone interview with their lead. About a week later, I had some back-to-back online meetings with management.
- Tell me about your current skills and experience.
Recruiter
The first call with the recruiter was helpful and informative. The interview itself felt a bit awkward and disorganized. However, the follow-up was fast, and they provided clear information and next steps. The questions asked were pretty straightforward, although the VP asked some odd questions about personal hobbies and sports that didn't seem relevant to the role.
- I don't recall specific questions but I met with multiple people across the company which was unexpected.
- The interviewer was more than 15 minutes late which disrupted my schedule for the day.
Business Analyst
They started by telling me about the job, then they asked me some technical questions to see what I could do. I also asked them questions about the job duties, necessary skills, and current projects. Finally, they let me know when I could expect to hear back about the position.
- Can you tell me about your experience with particular processes?
Financial Analyst
I was reached out to by a recruiter from JMA IT, and they then set up a one-on-one meeting with the client.
- All of the questions were simple and easy
