So, you're applying to JLL, huh? The interview process can be a bit different depending on the job, but here's the general gist: First, you gotta submit your resume. You can do that through their website, LinkedIn, or if a recruiter hits you up. If they like what they see, HR will call you to set up the first interview. Then comes the HR screening, usually a phone or video call. They'll ask about your background, your work history, what you expect to get paid, and when you can start. They also wanna see if you're actually interested in the company and the role. After that, it's the technical/functional interview, probably with the hiring manager or someone senior. They'll grill you on your past jobs, what you did, and what you know about the industry. Might even throw a case study at you, like for lease abstraction or financial stuff, depending on the role. If it's a marketing or analytics gig, be ready for questions about tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Analytics. Then there's the behavioral interview, maybe with a panel or a big shot exec. They want to hear about real situations, so use the STAR method. Think teamwork, leadership, tough times, and how you handle disagreements. Some jobs also have an assessment or case study phase. You might get data to crunch, a business problem to fix, or a report to write. Finally, there's the last chat with HR to talk salary and benefits, and then they do the background check before sending you the offer.

The interview itself went well, and I was informed that I would get a callback. However, the internal recruiter then went completely silent and never responded again. I wouldn't recommend this company; they essentially told me in the interview that I had the job but then ghosted me.

There was an Excel assessment to gauge my skill level, followed by questions about my profile. They asked about my schooling, my past work history, and why I'm seeking employment. These were typical interview questions asked at most companies.

I applied through a consultant and had my first round with HR Tulsi from JLL. After two weeks, I had another round with the HOD and Tulsi. I waited for another two weeks and got a call from Tulsi. She told me my CV was suggested for a different site. Then I had a telephonic interview with the Site HOD. After that, both of us noticed that the role I was interviewed for was actually a Technical role, not a soft skills role.
