Graduate Engineer Trainee
It was a 3 round process. First round was a mix of Technical and Aptitude, covering Mech, Production, Electrical topics along with basic aptitude, verbal reasoning, and logical reasoning. The second round was a Group Discussion (GD) on current affairs, drawing from topics often found on Indiabix.com. The final round was a Personal Interview (PI) focusing on your core subjects, projects, and internships. In the PI, they asked about your favorite subjects within your branch and your location preferences, along with some basic HR questions.
- Could you explain the concept of a bathtub curve?
Graduate Engineer Trainee
The selection process took place in 4 stages. First round was a test of technical and aptitude, it was computer based. Qualifying this is easy if you answer the questions logically. Second was GD which is as usual. Third was a test of speed and accuracy and was computer based as well. Fourth was the interview, regarding the interview I would say it was tough and did not include questions from engineering but all general questions to test confidence. To qualify you must be honest in all questions. Good luck!
