Customer Advisor
It was a phone interview, pretty fair experience. The questions asked were personal. Make sure to ask questions at the end. You won't wait long to hear back.
- Could you tell me your name?
- What is your address?
- Which role are you applying for?
Group Therapist
The interview process was really disorganized and just disheartening. They ghosted me after the third interview. The psychologist asked me about my self care tactics when I'm feeling stressed, and when I said "going to therapy" she said I didn't have to tell her about my personal life. I know, but if you don't want to know, don't ask me about how I take care of myself. We're in the same field, don't get weird on me. Also, it's hypothetical, I wasn't even in therapy at the time lol gtfo.
- When the population you're working with overwhelms or stresses you, how do you handle it?
- What are your methods for self-care when you're feeling stressed?
Group Therapist
My interview process was really disorganized. The first interview got postponed because of a crisis at the location, which I get. Then the second interview was cancelled the day before, and they didn't give me a new date. Weeks later, I got an email saying the position was being cut for now and they apologized. About a year after that, they reached out about a similar role. After my second interview for the first role, I was just ghosted with no response.
- Are you comfortable setting boundaries?
Trauma Therapist
The interview process involved two interviews. The first was an initial interview to discuss my background and experience. The second interview was focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Overall, I found the process enjoyable, and the team was very responsive.
- Can you share an instance where you utilized your cultural competency?
