Sales Assistant
The process was smooth and communication was fantastic. I felt welcome from the beginning. They answered all my questions and even took time to chat about my interests in sports and fashion, which made me feel comfortable about the role.
- What is your greatest weakness?
Sales Assistant
It all went great. I was very optimistic and tried to smile a lot and be confident. I started by talking a little about myself and my qualities, like being careful, living on my own away from my family and being very responsible. I was asked what I could do for the company. My reply was that I am determined to work hard because I manage my own expenses and by doing a good job I can continue to pay for everything myself. If I do a better job I could be promoted if the opportunity arises and I will be very happy with that. After that, I believe they ran a background check.
- Why should we hire you?
Retail Associate
The interview experience was excellent and started on time. It was a one-on-one conversation where I was made to feel at ease. I was given ample time to answer questions in a friendly atmosphere. The interviewer also shared information about the company, its values, and their expectations.
- Can you discuss your teamwork skills?
- How do you ensure effective communication?
- What is your understanding of punctuality?
Sports Advisor
The process was well-planned with great HR and talent folks. I met a few different people. They wanted to meet both in person and online. They explained the whole process to me as we went.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
