Application Developer
After applying, I was contacted by Talent Acquisition and scheduled for an initial call. This was more of a basic HR screening than technical. Following that, I had a meeting with the hiring manager, which focused less on technical skills and more on my approach to work and problem-solving. Both conversations were pleasant, and the interviewers were responsive to my questions. However, the company went silent after that. Two weeks after the second interview, I reached out to Talent Acquisition but received no response.

Software Engineer
There were 5 steps in the interview process, they are looking for someone really technical. First, I had an introductory call with a Tech Recruiter. Then, a Technical round with a Senior Engineer where we did some Coding. After that, I had a Hiring Manager Behavioral interview with the Engineering Manager. The next step was a Tech and project presentation with a Principal Engineer, which also involved Coding. Finally, I had my last interview with the CTO and SVP of Engineering.

Software Developer
Process with several stages, HR, theoretical technical tests, a larger practical one that they asked me for urgency and I sacrificed Sunday to do it, then I received a message saying I did well and would go to the next stage, after that, the recruiter disappeared, I asked how it was going, she said she 'would schedule the interview' and 'I'll get back to you', and it went on like that for 2 whole weeks with sparse responses, after the last message, I didn't have any more feedback, company with no respect for candidates' time and minimal professionalism.
