Behavioral Presentation

The entire interview process spanned approximately three months and involved eight rounds plus one assignment. Even though the job was based in Bangalore, the in-person interview was scheduled in Mumbai. The interviewer seemed to have preconceived notions and biases regarding my relocation to Bangalore, which unfortunately overshadowed the entire discussion. Despite receiving positive feedback from all interviewers throughout the process, I was ultimately rejected due to this inflexibility. There was a notable lack of internal communication, as several interviewers were unaware of the assignment or the specifics of previous discussions. The lengthy nature of the process, which is usually not seen even in IT companies, was quite taxing.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you explain your reasons for leaving your last position?
  • What prompted your decision to relocate to a new city?

I did 3 phone interviews where I mainly got to know the team. Then I had an in-person with a C-level exec. They showed me around the office and introduced me to employees who gave me the inside scoop on Saavn. They really care about their office culture, so they'll probably talk about that in your interview!

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • What do you hope to gain from Saavn?
  • What contributions can you make to Saavn?
  • What is your motivation for wanting to intern here?
